Browzwear And Crystal International partner to bring efficient and sustainable 3D-powered solutions

A pioneer of 3D digital solutions for the fashion industry, Browzwear is all set to partner with Crystal Denim. Together both of them will bring the company’s specialty- denim fabrics to users of the VStitcher 3D design platform. Through this merger designers and manufacturers of denim garments will get a greater ability to visualize designs in realistic 3D. Designers will be able to have more creative exploration in less time.  

Crystal Denim, a subsidiary of Crystal International Group Limited (CIGL), who is a global manufacturer has delivered 410 million pieces of apparel to some of the world’s top brands in 2021.  

They have been leveraging Brownzwear to help them reduce carbon emissions and lowering the company’s overall impact on environment since 2008. The denim division has converted to 100 percent digital workflows for co-creation projects with customers since 2019. And have also reduced sample production by over 75 percent during the initial development stage. This has significantly decreased the turnaround time, consumption of materials, energy and water.  

Browzwear and Crystal International’s partnership, which will help other businesses realize the benefit of 3D- powered solution benefit such as efficiency and sustainability. This will also enable CIGL’s commitment to keep working with stakeholders throughout the industry to drive a greener fashion future.  

The company, which is a signatory of the UN Fashion Industry Charter for Climate Action (UNFICCA) as well as a member and partner of coalitions including the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) and Global Fashion Agenda (GFA) continues to broaden its collaborations to accelerate decarbonization throughout the industry.
